About This Product
This S&S Super E intake manifold is designed for 1978 to 1984 Shovelhead models using the band-type intake mount. It is specifically sized at 225 to accommodate 93-inch engines with 5.405-inch cylinders. Shovelheads are notorious for intake leaks, but this S&S manifold provides a much more stable and reliable connection for your Super E carburetor. The increased bore size and optimized internal shape help to maximize the performance of a 93-inch big-bore Shovelhead, providing better throttle response and more consistent fueling across the RPM range. It is a rugged, high-quality upgrade for any rider looking to get the most out of their late-model Shovelhead engine build.
