This KPMI intake valve guide by Kibblewhite is an excellent choice for mechanics looking to restore factory-spec performance to a classic V-twin. Made from high-grade cast iron, it provides exceptional wear resistance and the long-term durability required for heavy touring use. This guide features a +.004 inch oversize outer diameter, providing the extra material needed to achieve a perfect press fit in cylinder heads that have been previously machined. It is designed to fit 1948 to 1965 Panhead models and 1966 to 1978 1200cc Shovelhead engines. The guide maintains standard reference dimensions of 0.5650 inch O.D. and 1.880 inch overall length. Sold individually, these Kibblewhite guides are the professional standard for maintaining valvetrain integrity on vintage Shovel and Pan platforms.
