When rebuilding a high-performance Sportster head that has seen some wear, this +.010 inch oversize KPMI intake valve guide is the professional choice. Kibblewhite uses C630 nickel-aluminum-bronze for these guides, providing a tough alloy that excels at transferring heat from the valve to the head. This is critical in high-output or racing Sportster engines. This guide is designed to fit 1957 to 1983 Sportster XL models and features a +.010 inch oversize outer diameter to accommodate heads that have been bored out. It follows the standard reference dimensions of 0.5650 inch O.D. and 1.77 inch overall length. Sold individually, this guide offers the precision and thermal performance necessary for a top-tier Ironhead build.
