For 1948 to 1965 Panhead and 1966 to 1978 74-inch Shovelhead engines with severely worn cylinder heads, this KPMI +.025-inch oversize exhaust valve guide is the ultimate repair solution. The significant oversize outer diameter allows you to save heads that would otherwise be scrapped due to oversized guide bores. Manufactured from manganese bronze, it ensures rapid heat transfer and excellent lubricity for the exhaust valve stem. This material is much easier to machine than C630 bearing bronze, making it simple to ream to size and finish with a ball hone and drill. Sold individually, this oversized guide is a practical and effective way to keep your vintage Harley-Davidson running strong for years to come.
