Andrews 3.00 standard-ratio first gear set for 1936–1958 Big Twin four-speed transmissions. Sold as a set. The kit contains the mainshaft first and second gears and the countershaft first gear; reuse your existing countershaft second gear. This reproduces the factory FL ratio. Fit it when your original gears are worn or damaged and you want to keep the stock ratio on a pre-unit Big Twin. Made from high-alloy steel. Heat-treated and ground.
