About This Product
This JIMS double-lip camshaft seal is designed to keep oil where it belongs. Featuring a steel-backed construction and a rubber outer diameter, it provides a superior seal compared to standard single-lip versions. It replaces OEM 83162-51 and fits 1970 to 1999 Big Twins, excluding Twin Cam models, as well as S&S V-series engines. Additionally, it serves as the rear axle seal for 1951 to 1973 45-inch Servi-Cars. A leaking cam seal can lead to a mess and potential ignition issues, so upgrading to this JIMS double-lip version is a smart move for any long-term engine reliability.
