About This Product
Replacing steering head bearing races is a critical part of maintaining front-end stability, and this JIMS two-piece tool makes the job straightforward. It is designed to both install and remove races in the frame neck or frame cups across a massive range of models. This includes 1949 to 2026 Big Twins (excluding 2014 to 2026 Touring and Trike models), 2021 to 2026 Pan America RA1250 models, 2021 to 2024 RH Sportsters, 1978 to 2022 XL Sportsters, and 1987 to 2002 Buells. For the best results and to prevent any tool slip during removal, it can be used with an optional X-tra grip driver spacer. Please note that the JIMS driver handle is required and sold separately to complete the kit.
