This JIMS installer tool is designed to seat each bushing at the precise depth required for optimal performance. It is versatile enough to be used either with a shop press or by hand, depending on your setup. This tool fits 1966 to 2017 Big Twin models (excluding 2017 Milwaukee-Eight engines), 1986 to 2022 XL Sportsters, and 2008 to 2012 XR1200 models, as well as 1991 to 2010 Buell XB models. By ensuring the bushings are installed to the exact specifications, you prevent premature wear and maintain the integrity of your engine's lubrication system.
