About This Product
Jims oil pump drive shaft kit fits 1936 to 1967 Big Twins. It covers Knucklehead, Panhead and early Shovelhead engines. Use it when you are overhauling the bottom end or rebuilding the oil pump. The kit contains the drive shaft and gears. Check the pump bore and drive gear engagement before assembly. Inspect the drive tangs for rounding. A worn shaft will destroy pump gears quickly. Torque the retaining screw to spec.
