About This Product
When rebuilding a 1955 to 1957 OHV Big Twin, you sometimes find that the crankcase bore for the pinion bushing has become slightly enlarged or worn. This Jims pinion shaft bushing is the ideal fix, offering a .005 inch oversize on the outside diameter. While the standard O.D. is 2.0015 inches, this oversized steel bushing provides the extra material needed to achieve a secure press-fit in a refurbished case. It is designed for installation in the crankcase and provides a high-precision bearing surface for the pinion shaft. Jims' reputation for quality means you can trust this bushing to handle the stresses of a vintage Big Twin motor, keeping your bottom end tight and your oil pressure where it needs to be.
