About This Product
James Gaskets cam cover gasket. Made from .031-inch thick fibre-reinforced paper. Fits 1952 to 1981 K models and XL Sportsters. Replaces OEM 25224-52 and 25224-52A. Scrape the old paper off the cover and the case face without gouging the aluminium. Fit the gasket dry. Overtightening the cover screws cuts through the paper and causes a leak. Check the cover for warping on a flat surface before assembly.
