About This Product
Converting a modern Harley from a belt drive to a chain setup requires a specialized sprocket, and this PBI 23-tooth unit is the industry standard. It features a no offset design, making it ideal for standard width rear tire applications. CNC machined from 8620 alloy steel and nickel plated, it is built to handle the increased stress of a chain drive. This sprocket fits 1986 to 2006 5-speed Big Twins (excluding 2006 Dyna models), as well as 1991 to 2006 Sportsters and Buell models. Note that while it fits 1991-1992 Sportsters, the lockplate bolt location differs from later years. It is sold as a single unit for your custom conversion project.
