This PBI offset transmission sprocket is designed for extreme chain conversion projects that require significant clearance. With a 1.060 inch offset, this 24-tooth sprocket allows for proper chain alignment on bikes with wide rear tires. Like all PBI sprockets, it is CNC machined from 8620 alloy steel, heat-treated, and nickel-plated for maximum durability. It is compatible with 1986 through 2006 5-speed Big Twins (excluding 2006 Dyna models), 1991 through 2006 XL Sportsters, and Buell models. If you are fitting this to a 1991 through 1992 XL, be aware that the lockplate bolt location is different. This sprocket is a robust solution for custom builders needing to move the drive line outward while maintaining a reliable chain drive.
