These 10/32 by 1/2 inch screws are designed for 1937 to 1973 45 cubic inch Flathead engines. A total of four are typically required for this application. They serve as a direct replacement for OEM number 1202W. Keeping your breather system properly secured is vital for maintaining correct crankcase pressure.
