About This Product
S&S pinion shaft assembly. You need this for a bottom-end rebuild on 1939 to 1953 FL Harley-Davidson models with Panhead or Knucklehead motors. The splined shaft drives the oil pump and timing gears. It mates to original equipment or S&S E flywheels. Replaces OEM 24007-39. It suits stock restorations or performance builds. Use it when the old shaft is worn or the splines have slipped.
