About This Product
S&S 450S camshaft. It gives .453-inch valve lift for Shovelhead engines up to 88 inches with compression ratios up to 8.5 to 1. It fits late 1977 to 1984 Shovelhead models. This grind is timed for that year range. It is primarily for hydraulic lifters, though it will run with solids if your setup needs them. It is a bolt-in upgrade that does not need extreme modifications. Good low and midrange torque.
