It provides an additional 0.75 inches of offset, moving the kick arm further out to clear obstacles. Designed for 1937 to 1986 4-speed Big Twin models, this shaft is both extra long and extra strong to handle high-compression engines. While it serves as a heavy-duty alternative to OEM number 33096-54B, the added length makes it ideal for custom builds where standard spacing just doesn't work.
