V-Twin Mfg Linkert choke lever. For VL, RL, UL, and WL models running a snout-style air cleaner. The lever clears the cleaner body so you can operate the choke by hand. These often get bent or lost over the years. Fit it and check it does not foul the tinware before you ride.
