Colony horn bracket spring plate. Parkerized reproduction of original 4855-42 and 69118-42. Fits all 1942 to 1954 Harley-Davidson models. This plate flexes under tension and keeps the horn assembly tight against V-twin vibration. Replace a fatigued original to secure the horn mount on a late Flathead, Knucklehead, or Panhead.
