Colony horn mount flexible connection for the upper bracket. Reproduction of original 4858-36A and 69132-36. Fits 1936 to 1941 Harley-Davidson models, excluding the VL series. This piece isolates the horn from engine vibration and stops the bracket from cracking. Fit it to keep the horn reliable on a vintage Knucklehead or Flathead.
