About This Product
This MCS chrome-plated 40-spoke replacement wheel measures 3.00 x 16 inches with a dual flange design, wider than stock for wide tyre applications. It fits as a front wheel on 1973–1984 FL models and as a rear wheel on 1973–1984 FL and 1973–1981 FX models. The wheel comes fully laced and trued, with seals installed and bearing spacing pre-set, ready for immediate installation. Note that the wider-than-stock dimensions may not be compatible with all OEM fender, belt, and clearance configurations. Spoke tension should be checked before tyre fitting, again after approximately 250km, and as part of regular maintenance every 5,000km.
