This standard-size shifter fork is a critical internal component for 4-speed transmissions. It is designed to fit 1952 to 1956 K and KH models, as well as 1957 to 1990 XL Sportsters. Most of these gearboxes require two of these forks for proper operation. This part is a direct replacement for OEM references 34291-52B and 34291-52C. When you're splitting the cases for a transmission rebuild, replacing worn shifter forks is essential to prevent gear jumping and ensure crisp, reliable shifting.
