About This Product
This kickstart shaft bushing kit contains two bronze bushings and one oil seal, providing everything needed to restore smooth kickstart operation on your vintage Harley-Davidson. Designed for 1952-1956 K and KH models as well as 1957-1979 XL Sportster kickstart variants, the kit replaces OEM part 33099-52A. The bronze bushings provide a durable, low-friction bearing surface for the kickstart shaft, while the oil seal prevents lubricant loss and keeps contaminants out. Worn bushings cause sloppy kickstart lever feel and can lead to shaft damage over time. A fundamental service kit for maintaining reliable kick-starting on these classic Ironhead Sportsters and their predecessors.
