This +0.070-inch oversize replacement cast piston fits 1941 to early 1978 1200cc (74 cubic inch) Knucklehead, Panhead, and Shovelhead Big Twin engines requiring the largest standard overbore. With the standard 8:1 compression ratio, it restores factory performance to cylinders with significant wear. Each piston includes wristpin and clips, with rings sold separately. Cast construction provides low thermal expansion and an accessible price point. This largest oversize option is typically the final rebore available before requiring new cylinder sleeves or replacement barrels.
