This chrome shifter rod assembly provides a complete shift linkage solution for mid-shift FX and early Sportster models, supplied ready to install with ball joints and heim joints pre-fitted. Built to OEM dimensions, this rod is not compatible with forward-controls configurations. Suits 1974 to 1985 FX models with mid-shift setup and 1975 to 1976 XL Sportster. Replaces OEM part number 34614-74.
