About This Product
MCS chrome rear brake rod, 22-5/16 inches long. Replaces Harley-Davidson OEM 42252-52. Fits 1952 to 1956 K and KH models and 1957 to 1966 XL Sportster models with mechanical rear brakes. This restores the correct brake pedal geometry and feel on stock mechanical setups. Check the clevis threads and the rod end for wear before fitting. Do not overtighten the adjuster nuts. You need free movement at the pedal for the brake light switch to work correctly.
