About This Product
MCS rear sprocket rivet and dowel pin kit. This hardware set fastens the rear sprocket to the brake drum on 1960 to 1966 Big Twin models with hydraulic drum brakes. It replaces OEM 8524. You need this when you are overhauling the rear end or fitting a new sprocket. The kit is sold as a set. The dowels locate the sprocket and the rivets carry the drive torque. Rivet it up properly and check the drum run-out.
