About This Product
MCS transmission countershaft bearing. It fits 2004 to 2005 XL Sportster models. It replaces OEM 8968. It sits near the 4th gear position on the countershaft. Fit it during a gearbox rebuild to keep the gears aligned and the power delivery smooth. Do not run a worn bearing in there. It will chew up the countershaft and the gear. Check the shaft for scoring before you press the new one on.
