About This Product
This standard-size bronze pinion shaft bushing is designed for use in the cam cover of 1993 through 1999 Big Twin engines, excluding Twin Cams. It is an OEM-style replacement for part number 25582-93. Proper bushing fitment is critical for the alignment of your pinion shaft and the overall health of your engine's timing side. For a professional installation, this bushing is designed to be removed with the JIMS 978300 tool and should be line-reamed using the JIMS 978301 tool to ensure perfect clearance. Made from high-quality bronze for excellent wear resistance, this MCS bushing is a reliable choice for any mechanic performing a cam chest overhaul on a late-model Evolution engine.
