About This Product
Maintaining a crisp ignition curve is essential for performance, and these replacement breaker weights are designed for stock-style mechanical advance units. They are a direct replacement for OEM 32522-70 and fit 1970 to 1999 Big Twin models, excluding Twin Cam engines, as well as 1971 to 2003 XL Sportsters equipped with mechanical advance ignitions. Over time, the pivot points on original weights can wear or the weights themselves can become sluggish, leading to poor timing advance and engine hesitation. These MCS weights restore the snappy response your ignition system needs for smooth acceleration. This set is sold as a pair, allowing you to refresh the entire advance mechanism at once.
