About This Product
MCS solid tappet assembly for 1948 to 1952 Panhead models. This is the standard size unit and it comes with the roller already fitted. It replaces OEM 18492-48. It restores correct geometry and valve timing in a solid lifter valvetrain. Fit it during a rebuild. Check the roller spins freely before you button up the rocker box and torque the retainers to spec.
