This MCS solid tappet assembly is a standard-size OEM reproduction with roller fitted. It replaces OEM references 18490-29 and 200-29. It fits 1929 to 1973 45-inch Flatheads, 1936 to 1948 74-inch and 80-inch Flatheads, and 1952 to 1956 K and KH Flathead models. Order the standard size when your tappet bores are still at factory dimensions. MCS part number 517843.
