About This Product
MCS grooved pin for the 5-speed Sportster transmission. It holds the detent arm spring in place and replaces OEM 24530-90. The spring tension returns the shifter to centre. A worn pin causes erratic shifting or a complete loss of gear selection. It fits 1991 to 2003 5-speed XL Sportster models. It is a press-fit. Make sure it stays put under load.
