About This Product
This is an MCS clutch hub nut, also called the mainshaft nut. It replaces OEM 37526-56A. It fits late 1956 KH and 1957 to 1969 XL Sportster. You torque this to clamp the hub to the mainshaft. Check the old one for pulled threads or rounded flats before reusing it. A fresh nut saves the hub and the shaft. Inspect it every time the primary comes apart. Do not reuse a chewed nut.
