About This Product
MCS 29-tooth transmission pulley. This is the stock pulley for 1991 to 2003 XL Sportster 1200, 1200 Custom, and 1200 Sport. It replaces OEM 40205-95. Riders also fit it to 883 models for taller cruising gearing. The teeth wear thin over high mileage and chew up the belt. Check the belt alignment and set the tension once it is on. Torque the shaft nut and lockwire it.
