About This Product
This MCS front engine guard is built from 1.25-inch diameter chrome steel tubing. It fits late 1984 to 2003 XL Sportster models and works with both mid-mounts and forward controls. The guard replaces OEM part numbers 49018-88C and 535006. It bolts to the frame downtubes and fills the gap between the steering head and the sump. This part is intended for cosmetic use only.
