About This Product
This MCS polished kick start kit is sold as a kit. It fits 1977 to 1978 XL Sportster models with both kick and electric start. The polished finish matches vintage engine cases without the upkeep of chrome. It gives you a manual starting option if the battery is flat. The kit includes the lever, shaft and internal parts. Inspect the bushing in the trapdoor before you fit the new shaft.
