About This Product
MCS right-side shifter pawl. It replaces OEM 34478-53. It fits 1952 to early 1975 Big Twins, 1954 to 1956 KH models, and 1957 to 1971 XL Sportsters. The pawl is sold without the spring. Pull the top cover and check the spring. If it is worn, fit OEM 34482-53 before you close the cover.
