About This Product
Colony cylinder base nut kit. Acorn nuts in chrome. Fits 1957 to 1985 XL Sportster models and 1929 to 1973 45-inch Side Valve models. They thread down over the stud and hide the threads for a cleaner top end. The chrome plating stands up to engine heat without dulling. Builders have used this trick on Ironheads and Flatheads for decades. It tidies the motor and saves you catching a boot on a sharp hex corner.
