About This Product
Belt Drives Ltd. 3-inch (8mm pitch) open primary belt drive kit for 1937–1947 Knucklehead and 1948–1954 Panhead models, without clutch assembly. This is a kickstart-only setup with a 76-47 drive ratio, giving a slightly higher ratio than stock. Your existing four-speed clutch components can be reused with this kit. Machined from 3596-T6 aluminium by BDL in-house, this drive delivers excellent wear characteristics and easy access for maintenance. Comes with Aramid friction plates for heat resistance. Fits models with the OEM tapered sprocket shaft only — will not fit 1955-up splined sprocket shafts.
