Colony handlebar top clamp mount kit contains chrome cap-style bolts for 1973 to 1999 Big Twins, Twin Cams and XL Sportsters. It does not fit FLT models or bikes with handlebar-mounted instruments. These lock the handlebars in the risers. Sold as a set.
