MCS chrome riser reducer sleeves take up the gap when you run a 1-inch handlebar in 1-1/4-inch risers. The set includes a top and bottom sleeve to fill the diameter gap and restore proper clamping load across the bar clamping area. They give full coverage around the clamp. They suit Harley-style risers with a single top clamp. This is universal fitment. Part number 988560. Sold as a set.
