About This Product
MCS thrust washer for the starter shaft housing. It fits 1965 to 1971 FL models and 1967 to 1980 XL Sportsters. A worn or missing washer causes binding and play in the starter drive, which damages the starter motor and ring gear. It replaces OEM 31501-65 and 901440. The standard fit restores factory clearances. Sold as a pack of 5.
