About This Product
MCS rear brake caliper and bracket assembly comes in chrome finish and replaces OEM 40968-04. It fits 2004 Sportster XL models only. The kit includes the caliper and the bracket. It bolts straight on. Check bracket torque and thread pitch and inspect the bracket for cracks. The 2004 model year used a specific rear mount, so do not assume this fits other years. Bleed the rear system properly after fitting.
