It is designed to fit 1984 to 1986 FXWG, 1984 to 1999 FXST, and 1993 to 1999 FXDWG models, though it is not intended for FLST or FLT models. This hydraulic damper tube assembly replaces OEM 45418-84 and is critical for controlling the compression and rebound of your front suspension. Installing a fresh damper assembly restores the original handling characteristics of your Softail or Wide Glide, ensuring a smoother and more controlled ride.
