About This Product
MCS rear master cylinder cover gasket. It seals the reservoir cover on 2004 to 2006 XL Sportster models. Replaces OEM 42818-04. The old gasket hardens and lets fluid weep onto the primary or frame tube. Fit a new one every time you pull the cover off for a fluid change. The seal keeps fluid in and air out. Brake fluid strips paint fast.
