About This Product
These upper fork slider bushings from MCS are designed for 35mm fork tubes and are sold as a pair. They are a critical component for maintaining smooth fork action and preventing unwanted play between the slider and the tube. These bushings fit 1984 to 1985 FX and FXSB models, 1984 to 1987 FXR models (excluding the 1987 FXRS-SP and FXLR), and 1984 to 1987 XL Sportsters. They are a direct replacement for OEM 45413-84. If you are noticing front-end clunking or stiction, it is likely time to replace your bushings. For a complete front-end refresh, you may also want to look at the matching lower slider bushing, part number 941684.
