For mid-90s Big Twins, the MCS Advance Series AGM battery is a dependable choice that eliminates the mess of acid-filled units. This 12V battery delivers 325 Cold Cranking Amps and has a 19Ah capacity, providing plenty of punch for the starter motor. It is a direct replacement for OEM 65989-90, 65989-90A, and 65989-90B, fitting 1991 to 1996 Softail and Dyna models. Because it is a factory-activated AGM battery, it will slowly discharge during storage, so it is essential to give it a full charge before installation and keep it above 12.4V. This sealed unit is maintenance-free and built to handle the vibration and heat typical of air-cooled V-twins.
