About This Product
As clutch plates wear down, the stack height changes, which can lead to poor engagement or slipping. These MCS clutch hub spacers measure 1.490 inches long with a -.040-inch offset and are used to compensate for that wear, allowing you to correct the clutch pack height and pressure. They are designed for late 1974 to early 1984 XL Sportster models and replace OEM 5996 and 965996. These are sold as a set of six, providing exactly what you need to get your Ironhead or early Evo Sportster clutch back into factory specification.
