About This Product
Rebuilding an Ironhead Sportster or an old K-model requires precision, especially in the transmission clutch gear bearing. These rollers are ground to a +.0008" oversize to compensate for wear in the bearing surfaces. While the standard size is .1562" by .615", these slightly larger rollers help restore a tight fit. They fit 1952-1956 K and KH models as well as 1957 to early 1984 XL Sportsters. Replacing OEM 9097 and 969097, this set of 23 rollers is exactly what is needed for the clutch gear application. Sold as a set of 23, they provide a reliable solution for maintaining vintage Sportster gearboxes.
